Razer Hammerhead BT case LED doesn't turn on

Hello it's been nearly 3 months since i had Razer Hammerhead BT and i was pretty much happy with it until last week my earbud cases light stopped working. I tried charging it for a long time but even while charging the LED won't turn on. The technical problem about it is that when i wear my earbuds it automatically pairs to my device but when i stop using it and put it back in the case it does not turn off automatically so i have to turn off bluetooth from my phone so that it turns off after staying idle. But the weird thing is that while the case is connected to the charger even if the LED doesn't turn on it works just fine (turning on and off automatically) Thank you in advance.
