Razer Deathstalker LEDS off at cold start

Hello, I have been having issues with my Deathstalker Chroma the past few months after changing my computer. The issue is that at a cold start (boot after AC power loss), my Deathstalker Chroma will not light up. I can write just fine, the LED indicators at the top right work, but no backlighting. I tried changing profiles, turning chroma apps on and off again, reinstalling drivers, but nothing works except unplugging and replugging my keyboard, which lights up the LEDS until the next cold start. I even tried disabling all hibernating options including those of the USB ports, and reinstalling chroma SDK and synapse, but it still didn't work. What's more, all my razer devices are listed into the device manager under Human Interface Devices, Keyboard, and Mice, which is abnormal. I should also mention that when reinstalling drivers, i found that plugging in a razer device causes a ton of HID compliant devices to pop up. Any ideas as to what is causing all this ? I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 x64, unactivated because i lost my license when reinstalling Windows.

The motherboard I'm using is an ASUS ROG Strix Z370E.

Okay, I've solved it: It was the "Human Interface Devices" service in Windows that wasn't in automatic startup.
