Razer Ripsaw HD 4k passthrough.

I have a Xbox one X, and a ASUS ROG Strix Curved XG32VQ, my problem is I cannot 2560 x 1440 to passthrough, at 60hz or above. Only able to get 1080 passthrough. Any idea what is wrong please.

    Hi there! The supported passthrough resolution for the Ripsaw HD are as follows:
    • 2160p at 60 fps
    • 1440p at 30 fps
    • 1080p at 60 fps
    • 720p at 60 fps
    • 480p at 60 fps
