My mouse is Razer Torunament Edition Model n0 RZ01-01370100 and about 1 year old. I recently detected that the scroll wheel (scroll up and scroll down) does not react anymore. I connected it to a different laptop with windows 10 but no solution. Pushing on the scroll button to bring me in scroll mode does work, so it is only the scroll function which seems to be broken. Other buttons on the mouse works normally.

    Try reinstalling the mouse drivers then bind the scroll wheel up/down to another button then test if it registers. If not, send me a PM with the serial number of your Mamba TE so I can validate the warranty status.
