Razor Nari Essential crackling sounds

Hello, today I received a Razer Nari Essential and I plugged it in and everything seemed to work fine. My voice chat over the Xbox app on my pc was very clear but when I booted up a game it had crackling sounds when I interacted in the game. Please help I don’t want this to be a waste of money.

Hey there! Thanks for bringing your Razer Nari Essential's concern here. This is not the ideal experience we wanted for our customers. By the way, does the issue happen only during a game and while Razer Synapse 3.0 is launched? Does the issue happen to another game or applications?

Hello I am currently experiencing the same problem even if my razer nari are new. There are some horrible crackling sounds with or without razer synapse 3. It started today when i was playing rainbow six siege and since then it is doing it in every games and videos. Please tell me is is a solvable problem or i will get refunded and I will never go back razer since my 1 year old deathadder elite is falling appart and same for my razer kraken. Very disappointed in your build qualities. We are paying premium prices for cheapest quality. Only paying for the brand and the nice rgbs I reckon.

Hey there! Sorry for the mishap. This is definitely not our aim when we created the product. This needs further investigation. By the way, does the issue happens when plugging the headset to a different USB port in your PC? Have you tested the headset to a different PC and see if the issue persists? If it does, please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number, let's continue from there.

I am having the same issue but it's only with certain games. It sounds all low bitrate crackly.

I sovled the same problem by changing Synapse settings.
Try to do the same, maybe it will help.
