Transfering macros
I replaced my old Razor Naga mmog with new Razor Trinity. I already had Synapse installed on PC. Should the new Trinity recognize profiles and macros I have from old Naga?

Hard to say without sufficient information. Which Naga variant did you previously have and which version of Synapse did you create the macros?
Macros and profiles were created for my old Razer Naga in Synapse 2. I want to transfer them to my new Naga Trinity, which has Synapse 3 installed.
My old mouse was just called Razer Naga but it looked similar to the Trinity except the left side was not replaceable and had just the 12 button config.
Also, it would switch profiles automatically based on which .exe file you assigned.

This is doable. You'll have to export your macros from Synapse 2 as .xml file format then import them in Synapse 3.0. You might want to finetune the delays though.
