MY RAZER BLADE 15 WON'T CHARGE

The adapter is fine (there is green light on it) but it's not charging on my laptop. now my laptop is completely dead can't turn it on because run out of battery and battery indicator always shows 0% too while charging. I tried rearrange the adapter cable it worked but not really. If it isn't charging it, it completely shut down itself. HELP!
