Razer Synapse 3 causes HID error state
As described in the title, every time I try to download and use Synapse 3 on my computer it causes my computer to have HID error states and shuts off all the USB ports. I have already sent my computer in to check if it was a computer problem and they cleared the computer. It only happens when I have Synapse installed. I would like to USE Synapse in order to have the fun light features that I bought the devices to use. I have tried contacting support with little help. I just want to know if there is anything I might not have tried (uninstalling, repairing, run as administrator, update drivers, update HID drivers, tried different keyboard/mouse combo). I worked with the computer company to try to fix the issue but it appears to be specifically a software issue.
