Kiyo Razer RZ19-0232: High pitched hissing sound with microphone only when the camera is off
Hi.

I have a Kiyo Razer RZ19-0232 with firmware v2.03_r1 and driver dated 1/2/2017 and version 6.2.9200.16516 on Windows 10 desktop.
The microphone has a high pitched hissing sound when I record audio, in Discord voice chat, Microsoft Teams call, etc. and only when the camera is off.
If the camera is on, then there's no hissing sound.
Any ideas?

DolphinGraydomesmart729Hi DolphinGraydomesmart729, Did you already try to reinstall the driver of your Razer Kiyo camera or use a different USB port for further isolation? If you're still experiencing the same issue, please PM me a short clip documenting the problem so I can have a closer look at the hissing sound and raise your concern to the relevant team. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
