Swollen Battery
Just started having problems with the track pad on my Razer laptop. I noticed lots of people complaining about issues with swollen batteries. I checked to see if my laptop was still under warrantee (bought it last summer) but it's just out of warrantee. The support site directed me here. Is there any way to get a battery sent to me or pay for a replacement? Since it's out of warrantee I opened the case to see what the battery looks like and it is bulging. What are my options?

Allow me to help you check if your unit is eligible to undergo our out warranty repair by sending me its serial number via PM, including a photo/video showing the issue.
