Razer Pro Click Issues

So I've got a couple of issues with my mouse. 1. When using 2.4ghz it keeps disconnecting at least once per 30 minutes, taking a couple of seconds to reconnect. 2. I switched to bluetooth connectivity which worked decent up until this morning when it wouldn't connect again. 3. Battery indication in synapse? I can never tell how much battery I've got, when I connect the mouse by USB I get spammed with the notification "Low battery", and the battery icon in synapse is red and empty. This is unlikely as I've owned the mouse for like 2 weeks and charged it multiple times. Are there fixes for these unacceptable issues or should I be looking for other mice?

Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Were you able to reset the mouse by going to the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings? Also, if you are using a Windows computer, please update your Intel drivers by clicking this link.

I was looking for a way to reset this mouse and noticed in your post you could do so in the Synapse 3.0 settings. This is claimed to be a factory reset, however the bluetooth connections still remain. How do I do a complete factory reset to remove all connected devices?

I see. The reset option is reverting all save profiles/settings on a particular device detected by Razer Synapse 3.0. Once you unplug the device (either wired or Bluetooth), it will no longer show in the reset menu of the software.
