Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro Wireless Firmware update crash

Hi, I recently tried to update my DeathAdder V2 Pro Wireless firmware but the updater crashed before it finished. Now the computer will not detect the mouse. It powers on and pairs with the dongle fine but the PC still does not detect it. Also directly plugging the mouse in via USB does not work either. Thanks for any help guys. Ryan

The mouse may be dead, so you can only RMA it. But did you've tried it on other PC and firmware update again?

For the firmware update, you need to use the wireless dongle. I suggest you try to restart your PC before trying it again. If you're experiencing the same issue, reinstall the driver in the device manager. PM me the serial number if that didn't help so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
