Error Codes


I keep getting error code:80004005 It wont update let alone open. All the windows to this app are closed on all accounts. Nothing is open, yet I cannot uninstall or reinstali the program. I have windows 8. everything worked just fine and then all of a suden stopped a few months ago. Any help would be appreciated; seeing at Razer wont allow me to submit an issue. Is anyone else experiencing this?
