Do I need to buy THX Audio app for BlackShark V2 Pro?
I have BlackShark V2 Pro and I followed all setup instructions, so I have the THX Spacial Audio output device (along with the standard BlackShardk V2 Pro that is stereo?). I have the Mixer tab with the switch to enable THX Spatial Audio, but the interface looks different than the app in the store.
Do I need to buy the app to use THX or this is some reduced functionality that comes with Synapse 3 and this expensive headset?

It looks like your Cortex has THX ready, have you changed the audio config on Windows in control panel?
Yes, the headset and THX were configured accordingly and work fine, I was wondering if this software is required as from the screenshots there are different options in it and my Synapse 3. But I received answer from the official support:
The THX Spatial Audio software and the THX Spatial on Synapse have the same features. The THX Spatial Audio software are for those devices who does not have the THX feature. There is no need for you to purchase the software since your device has the built in THX Spatial Audio feature already.
