black widow chroma M4 + M5 dont work

i cannot get these macro keys to work, the macros i am using work fine on other keys and the macros i was using on other keys will not function on these. I put the keybopard in ripple mode and the keys are not functioning in that mode (dont ripple) either, is there anything i can do to get them to work? The LEDs on the keys do work.

    same problem i am having with my blackwidow chroma v2. old marcos work but any new maros i make with delays in them will not work. its not the m4 or m5 keys. if you have delays in them it wont work but without delays work. if this is not fixed by this week i am going to buy a k95 log keyboard and never deal with raze again.
