Razer Kaira Pro sound issue

I have the new Razer Kaira Pro and Xbox series X. First thing I did was follow the instruction card to the Firmware site and updated it. Used them for a few hours and notice that a random frequency would distort for about 30 seconds it would effect the Xbox chat party and game sound. After a while it would happen again for about 30 more seconds I have tried 3 other games from Destiny 2, COD BO, and Gears 5 all with the same distortion issue and then back to normal. I am concerned if its HDW or if this could be fixed with a update I only have a few more days to return them to GameStop. Curious if anyone else is having this issue? The distortion sounds very mid tone bassy with reverb and it pulses from left to right quickly if I didn't know better. also I have tried Uncompressed stereo, Dolby Atmos, DTS X and Windows sonic in the xbox audio settings. I have tried all custom setting on the razer for app and default neutral EQ values.

You'd be the first one to report this. By random frequency, do you mean it affects anything from bass to birds chirping? In any case, please send me the serial number of your headset so I can properly document the issue and forward it to our engineers. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
