Kraken V3 - 7.1 Surround Sound

I also have a similar issue where I accidentally scratched my redemption code a little too hard and it's not redeeming. Just received the Razer Kraken TE today.

I purchased a homerun bundle and registered the headset but I didn't receive an activation code email. Is there anyway i can get a code for the 7.1 surround sound audio?

What redemption card are you referring to? Please be aware that the Razer Kraken TE's setting can be tweak via Razer Synapse 3.0 only.
