hi Razer, You keep saying that you haven't heard back from me about this case. I keep replying to your emails withj the extra details requested, are you not receiving my replies? The issue is still present! Having the Deathadder V2 mouse plugged in still causes 5 minute delays (in taskbar and start menu use) when logging into a second user account. Guys, is there some trick to getting an email to Razer Support? Im replying back to their emails from [email]support-us@razersupport.com[/email].

HI, I'll answer for myself. Don't rely on email responses reaching back to Razer support. Instead, always go back into the Support ticket that you've raised, and add directly to it in webforms. That works.
