Shift key flashing red

I have a Razor black widow with the rainbow LED setup but recently the right shift key (which I have used probably twice in the years I have had it) started blinking red as if only the red LED works in it and now the keyboard acts like the right shift key acts like is it being held down. The right control is having the same lighting issue as well now.

    We are highly likely dealing with a faulty led if not a PCB issue. Please send me a PM with the serial number of the keyboard so I can check for possible firmware solutions and check the warranty status of the devices. Let's go from there.
