Razer Synapse App not recognizing on iMac

My Razer Deathadder works perfectly fine when I connected it into my iMac but i can not get the app to recognize it. The app says "Please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device". The app is up to date and so is my computer (Version 10.14.2 Mac OS Mojave). I have reinstalled the app 3 times, restarted my computer 3 times and gave the app "permission" in my privacy settings and restarted my computer again. Any insight?

Hello. Let me help you out with this. What specific variation of the Deathadder do you have? If it is the Deathadder Essential, it will not be recognized by the Synapse for MacOS. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the response. Got that. Can you send me the serial number of your Deathadder Chroma as well as the version number of Synapse through PM? Please include the link to this thread for reference. I'll pick it up there.
