I used Razer Kraken essential for 3 years with Synapse and sound was amazing. I heard all footsteps clearly in such games as CS GO and Apex Legends. Recently I bought Razer Kraken 2019 and it sounds awful, Synapse barely helps, Surround sound 7.1 is trash, and I'm so lost. Does there any ways to fix it?
