Facing an issue with Razer Cynosa Chroma

I am having an issue where my Razer Cynosa Chroma is registering the f and g keys when i am only pushing the F key. I tried with and without Synapse and also tried to place in a different USB slot. Neither helped. I checked on keyboard tester and it shows that both keys being pushed.
