Blackwidow Chroma V2 Chroma Lighting Issue/ Kraken 7.1 V2 Issue

I've had my Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 and my Kraken 7.1 V2 for just over a year now. within the last week i have had endless issues with them. Today my Blackwidow Chroma V2 is lighting up with every profile other than the custom one. I have no idea why it is doing this either. Everything works perfectly on the keyboard, macros, typing, everything. But when i go to a custom profile in the chroma configurator, all lights on the keyboard shut off. For my headset, over the last week it has been not working on and off. It will uninstall it's drivers and change to Conexant USB Audio. After I get that fixed, the 7.1 will not work whatsoever, no sliders in synapse 2.0 work for the headset. I have messed with the EQ sliders and even stuff like bass boost. It makes absolutely no difference at all. I have spent over 4 hours today on these issues and cannot seem to fix them.
