Razer kraken X not bieng recognised by my system
Hey, so I just recently bought a razer kraken x headset, I installed the surround sound 7.1 thing, but when i plugged in the headset, it seemed as if my pc didnt recognise that it was there. it gets ever wierder. When i select it to use the pc speakses when the headset is plugged in, the sound comes out of the headset, but when i try to speak into the mic, there's just fuzz. I've looked everywhere on my pc, but theres nothing to reference the headset existing. Can anyone help??

Do you mind sending me the serial number of your headset? I'd appreciate it if you can also put up screenshots of the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers dropdown tab on the Device Manager and of your Windows Sound Panel? You can upload the files on GDrive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link.
