Razer Kraken TE audio quiet even on 100%

So i recently got the Kraken TE and i noticed that when i put my audio on 100% the noise is... normal and not blasting like on every other headset. I later found out that if razer synapse is uninstalled the audio is fine, but i cant use the THX surround sound and other features of the TE. With razer synapse installed and the audio output set on "THX Spatial - Synapse" the audio is very lowered and when i set the output to "Razer Audio Controller - Chat" its normal. Is there a way to fix this and let me use the features or is it a software flaw?

I did something and its fine now, but im scared it will change back. all i know is that i was messing with the chat/game dial
