Razer Hammerhead TWS - Problem with the right side earbud, not say Power On when open the case

Dear Razer Support I have bought this Razer TWS on March 13 2020, but on March 21 2020, when i open up the charging case, i didnt hear "Power On" on the right one. Is it hardware failure? or there are some workarounds about this problem. Thank you

    Same deal, and they both worked for a month or so, then the right one, seemed to not power on.
