Tartarus V2 Auto-Run Glitch

So I see that the Tartarus has this known glitch where it's dpad makes people auto run unintentionally. Has RAZER released a fix for this that I can't find, or am I going to need to find a 3rd party fix to get around synapse, rendering my other RAZER products functionally useless?

    Are you experiencing this only when Synapse 3 is running? If so, have you previously submitted a ticket and logs? I'd appreciate it if you can send me a list of what you've tried so far, so I can reach out to our Devs and see what's up. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
