Lancehead Tournament Edition not being detected by Razer Synapse

I started my PC today, and I found out that Razer Synapse wasn't detecting my Lancehead Tournament Edition mouse, while it was detecting my keyboard and headset. I don't really know what to do, can someone please help me? Thanks!

What Razer Synapse version are you using? Make sure you are using the Razer Synapse 3. If you are using the old one, download the latest version by going to this link. If you got the latest one and still having the same issues, please shoot me a PM and let's continue from there.
