Cynosa V2 "K" key is unresponsive

the "K" key on my cynosa v2 is being unresponsive, I had this problem last December but it was resolved after I updated Synapse but now the problem seems to occur again, I tried to Google it but to no avail so just wondering if anyone had the same problem and how to get it fix? Thanks a lot !
