Razer 2018 Advanced SLEEP ISSUE
I've using my 2018 15 inch advanced for little over 14 days now and have experienced "random" display or screen shutdowns when using it plugged in..
I've experienced throughout various surfing web tasks, editing videos - it will randomly give me blue screen says "locking" or something then suddenly goes to sleep... Unable to un-wake razer by closing and re-oping lid. Only option is pressing power button but works fine..
I've messed around with advanced power settings and changed - Disk settings - Display settings - Sleep settings - and so forth..
Has anyone else experienced this issue??
Tried screen recording in hopes to get the message it displays upon going to sleep but unable yet..
Not sure if it' a power option as I've under-clocked CPU and temperatures have significantly improved.
Is the Razer 2018 Advanced Sleep Issue Hardware or Software?
