Razer Kiyo autofocus issue

hi my Kiyo is pumping in autofocus mode.very anoying the camera start suddenly to serach focus point, even no change in subject, nor light. also the manual focus mode is not smooth when try to focus in synapse software. as the camera is only 5 month old still have warranty. any other users have\\ had the same issue?
