Bluetooth Audio Stuttering in Razer Leviathan

I've had the leviathan for a while now and up until this week, there have been no problems. No there is a distinct stuttering that occasionally happens when I'm playing audio or video. The app doesn't matter (could be YouTube in Firefox, VLC player, Windows Media Player, etc). I've tried forgetting the device in the Bluetooth menu, but re-pairing leads to the same issue. Is this a product issue or is there something else going on here? Thanks for your help!
