razer naga epic chroma wired not working

I have a problem where whenever i connect usb to my mouse it stops working the only way i can use it is if i connect the usb to charger then it works fine. It was working before but stopped out of nowhere now whenever i plug in the usb directly to mouse it doesnt work no lights no movement it doesnt even show that its been connected

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nage Epic Chroma here. Have you checked if your computer still detects your mouse under "Device Manager" or "Devices and Printers"?

yes its still being detected. Whats also weird is that when i turn off leds for wired mode wireless leds turn off too
