On-board profiles for Huntsman Elite locked in Synapse

I've created some profiles for the Huntsman Elite, but when I click the icon to access the on-board profiles, it's all the default profiles and they are all locked.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Have you tried replicating the issue while logged in as a guest user account? Please reset your keyboard using the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see if helps.
