why does my keyboard mapping stopped working. example. i map up arrow to 11, down arrow to button 10, shows on the picture. BUT, in fact, it takes me to mouse look.... uninstall will work ONE time, the pfffff. help

    Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? What devices are you using? Also, what version of Synapse do you have? Can you share a video of it?
