Kraken kitty volume button not working, synapse not recognising kitty

So the volume button currently isn't working and synapse is occasionally not recognizing the kraken kitty headphones. It started with synapse not starting (reinstalled) then the lights wouldn't work (removed device then reinstalled headphones). Now the computer is picking up 2 kraken kitty devices and the volume button wouldn't work. I've also started getting fps drop.

    So it's been kind of sorted. Restarted computer, down to 1 kitty being detected, volume button is working again. Ran windows audio troubleshooter, turned of mic enhancements which cured the fps drops and disconnections.

And yes, ensure that there's only one device showing in your Widows audio devices and device manager by deleting the duplicate hardware driver from the list.
