No confirmation email nor shipping email but my credit card have been credited
Hi,
I bought an headset as a guest on Thursday all seemed to be ok and I had the confirmation page (btw I didn't keep the command number *sigh*) that says that I will receive a confirmation email. But we're 3 days later, I have received nothing on my mailbox and my credit card has been credited. So I would like to know what's going on with my command and if i will receive it someday.
(btw I created a razer account with the same email address just after purchasing the headset I point it out because I don't know if it could generates an error)
