Synapse won't open Blade Stealth settings, but will open other device settings

As the title says, I'm having trouble accessing the system settings to set up the performance mode, keyboard lighting, ETC. I'm able to open the settings for other devices such as my Basilisk and my Kiyo. I have restarted the machine a few times and tried a few updates to the PC as well as synapse itself. The pc is brand new and was just set up about three hours ago and I was able to open the setting a while ago after the initial set up.
