Razor blade advanced 15 issues Razor support have stopped contacting me
Hi guys
I currently own a razor blade 15 advanced that I purchased in July it has 360hz screen and has screen flickering issues and audio buzzing when recording or streaming I have been in communication with razor for just over 4 weeks now they have acknowledged there is an issue as they got me to send videos etc and have said that they are looking into it, they have got me to do a lot of different things to try and fix these issues from complete system recoveries to even just asking me to restart my laptop.
Nothing has worked and they have stopped trying to assist me in this matter I have now sent 3 emails over the last 6 days but they have not replied.
My issue is not an isolated one as I will post some URLs at the bottom of this post for you to check out there are many people with the same problems.
The last forum post I created was completely skipped by moderators on this forum a few days ago as I was monitoring it and they were replying to other posts but left mine to disappear. Can I please get some help here? What can I do? Can someone help me?
Do any other Razor owners know what I can do, do they have a phone number?
