Black Widow Ultimate

My keyboard continues to type the same letter multiple times when I only press the key once and when I depress the space bar it places multiple spaces between words. I have cleaned the keyboard with compressed air and the issue continues to occur. Keyboard SN is:IO4290338402782. I also tried to submit a ticket with Razer support this morning and the ticket system is not functioning and the drop-down for "I need help with..." is not functioning correctly and returns a network error when I try and submit my ticket.
