Razer THX Mixer not working

Hi, I'm using the Kraken TE with THX. In Synapse 3 I've set that when the THX button is ON the chrome browser shouldn't be using surround sound but should use the stereo mode. This is not happening, When the THX button in ON all the system audio comes out in surround. The default output is the "TCH Spacial - Synapse". How do I solve? edit: Solved using "Repair" button from the uninstall part of the process
