USB Not Recognized.

So basically i got a Blackwidow Chroma TE a few months back. At first my computer wasn't recognized and i tried and tried doing all the things i could find and somehow got it to work. I turned my computer on a few days ago and suddenly windows wasn't recognizing me again. I've tried quite a lot of things and still nothing. I've tried all ports. I've tried reinstalling synapse. I've tried to update the keyboard drivers I've tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers all together. I'm at a loss, i've tried contacting support and no answer yet.
