After using this thing for just over a year without heavy use (I'm typing this on my Macbook Pro which is my primary system) mostly using the Blade for rendering, a little gaming and general design, CAD work, I noticed the machine has been running hot to the touch with even the keyboard getting hot. A week or two ago the screen would not close flush and yesterday was worse then I felt the thing expand with a visible opening in the case on the right side. Clearly after a year and about 3 months this is a joke. When I opening up the case I could see the heat sync looked like metal painted a copper colour (seriously guys??) and air flow inside was none existent. No wonder this thing is burning up and ruined the battery in no time. I bought the Blade 15 in 2018 and on release date so its possible they rolled out some tweaks to the cooling but not sure what the **** I can do to improve the air flow. Also whats the chances of Razer sending a new battery without me sending this thing back? Anyway thats all for now. I'll store this battery carefully as I understand they can explode and dangerous to mess about with.
