My razer gold transaction stuck on pending, No answer from razer. I want a refund! One of the worst Customer Service i've ever experienced

This transaction is over 3 days old, i’ve sent them ticket since. Yet they haven’t even aswered my ticket, nor give solution. They leave me blatantly clueless.

Update:

My transaction is officially failed (gagal) on razer gold website. They’ve replied my ticket, but still haven’t come with any solution. Anyway, for my fellow Indonesian, Happy 78th Independence Day!

Last reply was 08/16. I instantly replied their reply with transaction proof. 
on 08/18, still no reply nor solution.
