Cortex PC Paid to Play : LoL doesn't work

So apparently this week's rotation of cortex paid to play are League Of Legends & Overwatch. I don't know what does the "Direct" means in the LoL pic but I'm from Malaysia, and therefore in order for me to start playing LoL I have to go through garena. The cortex system doesn't detect my LoL game and I even went to manually add both the LoL Client(Matchmaking & chatting section) & the game client. But still I refreshed and it still doesn't work, is anyone here experiencing the same problem?
