Synapse doesnt remember my profile setting

Hi everyone, Synapse starts up with windows, but almost every time doesnt remember my profile and create own. I have to remove that randomly create profile to use my "own default". Does anyone have same issue?

Check if your account is logged into another computer with Razer Synapse. Try resetting your Razer ID's password and perform a clean installation of the Razer Synapse 3.0.

Hello thaks for answer. Yes, I have dual boot on my computer, that is why I bought mouse for 90€ with hope I will have no problem with swap between two separate systems with same profile, same mouse and same software. I use mouse for work for one system, and for another for gaming but the profile in synapse is the same.

I see. That will be an issue since it will create a new profile if you are working on any customization and save it into the same Razer ID account. You can create two separate Razer IDs for each operating system or use the Razer Synapse guest account in another operating system account.
