Black shark v2 terrible audio quality

This has got to be the worst audio quality I've ever had from any headset ever. I've used 20 dollar headsets from dollar stores that sound better than this. There's no surround sound and everything is quiet and sounds like it's in a tunnel, couldn't even talk to my friends properly on discord and it was even worse when I tried to game with it. I followed all the steps on the help guides and nothing helped. I've spent thousands on stuff from razer over the years and I can't believe how disappointed I am. Anyone have any idea what's wrong with it or have had this problem?
