Hello all, I need help .Today i have recieved my Turok essential gaming chair. I am thinking that it camed with a defected sitting pillow (Lumbar). The sitting pilow is divided into 2 . Check my foto and please let me know if this is normal. Greeting, Bill

    The gap between the foams in the seat pan is noticeable and does not look normal. You can send an email to [email]support@funnivation.com[/email] so they can validate if this is a defect and check the product label underneath the seat for warranty and contact support details.     I’ve bought one and the artificial leather is completely destroyed and falling in parts. Very bad quality
