I had to create this why won't it log in?


So I had to create an account to use my keyboard function, Which is stupid in the first place. But as of this morning this is all I am getting for a shitty excuse for a error code. "There was an unexpected Error. Please reload the page and try again." What is the Error? no freaking clue. No option to continue as guest, just this over and over. The password is fine obviously or I wouldn't be posting here. But I shouldn't need a login just to use my keyboard regardless of what attempts at mobile devices the company wants to make. Email blacked out obviously, but this is all I can get.

Same - oddly the 'Live Chat' support for their software is offline. Not sure what's going on, but losing functionality to my hardware because their login is dead is remarkably irritating. We need a functional 'offline' mode since even their 'Guest' access is busted.

Same problem, this is just bad design.

this shit happens one more time and im switching companies, why the fuck do we need to log in to access keyboard & mouse profiles??

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm guessing server side issues? Unacceptable that i can't use the product i bought for because of some irrelevant Internet problems on Razers side. Their FAQ even states that you can use the program (offline) provided you previously had a successful logon: https://support.razer.com/software/synapse-3/

Same here and an offline option really is needed because thats very annoying

I just was playing Skyrim and my synapse went to login and now I can't change my profile back to my Skyrim Profile because of this fucking login issue.

I agree I've been using Razer equipment for at least 10 years now (obviously have run through my fair share of various mice and keyboards from Razer), as much as i hate to say this it happens a few times in a year every year. Should be restored shortly. Just an FYI once its back up save most used profiles to on-board memory in synapse 3, this will at least allow keybinding profiles to execute manually. By no means a"fix" but a band-aid at most but at least you can utilize your daily functions this way..

The issue is that Razer's not commented on what's going on. Give us a clue. "Hey we realize this is an issue and we're working to resolve it shortly". Meanwhile - all their customer live chat support is going unavailable.

I would but the Tartarus v2 does not have that so I am screwed until they fix this shit my game has been running in the background (the one I was in the middle of playing since before this happened) for almost 20 min. and i cannot contiune playing till they fix this shit as I am stuck on the default profile (which I removed from my machine)

I have the same issue. The fact that Razer does not even acknowledge the issue, for example on their Twitter, or make it actually possible to fully use their products offline (not to mention that Synapse 3, required for full functionality of the latest products, is still in beta!) is completely unacceptable. I am seriously consider switching to another brand.
