Razer Nari Ultimate not being found by synapse but is found by the pairing utility.

Just got the nari ultimates. They worked great first time setup. Then i turn on my pc in the morning and turn them on like normal and synapse would not detect them. The headset had audio and this razer pairing utility that im confused what the purpose of detected the dongle and headset and it worked. Here's what i've tried: -uninstalled device drivers that razer installed and ones windows tried to use -deleted razers local save files and re installed with latest installer -updated firmware for headset in the pairing utility thing Thanks for any help!

    Please send me a screenshot of how the headset appears on the Device Manager, along with the serial number. For now, try to repair Synapse 3.0. via Add and Remove Programs>Synapse>Uninstall>Repair. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
